a says: Le Bec isn’t set to close until next year and the $40 – 40th Anniversary menu seems like a great way to try a Philadelphia institution. Liz and I are going with my parents this Friday, we’ll let you know how it goes down

Be sure to let us know how it goes. We’re game to try it just so long as you’re full after four courses … If we still have to stop at Sampan afterwards for a Pork Bahn Mi, then that’d be sad.
