non-BYO

t says:  Sometimes, you’re tired of the cramped Philly BYO.  Sometimes you want something fancy.  Sometimes you simply have no more wine in your cellar.  For all of these situations, you just may have to dine at restaurants that have bars and wine lists of their own (but at least they always take credit cards).  It should be noted, however, that just because a restaurant is on this list does not always mean that one cannot bring their own, rather, there is a hefty corkage fee if you do (usually $20-$30).  Be that as it may, because some restaurants charge as much per glass as it would cost for an entire bottle (you know who you are), some may reason that it might actually be more financially responsible to bring your own (we’ve totally done this).  Choose wisely.

The restaurants are arranged in alphabetical order per each cuisine.  Clicking on the names of the restaurants will take you to their websites.  Clicking on the numbers will take you to our reviews of that restaurant.  And just so you know, the asterisks (*) indicate reviews by cast members other than g & t while <RIP> indicates that those restaurants have since closed.
